Your weekend includes:
4 full hour long treatments/consultation
en-suite accommodation sharing with just one other person
lunch and evening meal on Saturday, Breakfast and lunch on Sunday
unlimited refreshments throughout your stay.

(there are also two en-suite rooms available for single accommodation with just a 50 euro supplement.)

This weekend is limited to 8 places only
So book early to avoid disappointment as its not long to wait!

Treatments and Consultations include:

1 Hour Bowen Therapy
1 Hour Reflexology treatment
1 Hour Reiki session, Tarot reading or Flower Remedy consultation
1 Hour Colour Concepts - colour analysis consultation complete with a colour swatch wallet to take home.

Day 1

10.30 - 11.00
Arrivals and welcome with freshly squeezed fruit juice and healthy nibbles.

11.15
A guided relaxation exercise in the garden or stone circle.

12.30
A Vegetarian lunch with a hands on demonstration on how to make a tasty and healthy vegetarian wrap with home made guacamole - you will also receive the recipe to take home with you.

13.30 - 16.30
Individual 1 hour treatments start
2 treatments per person this afternoon with relaxation and reflection time in-between therapies.

19.30
Vegetarian evening meal with discussions and conversation
desserts around the fire outside, stargazing and pondering the meaning of life!

Day 2.

Leisurely breakfast

10.30
Guided relaxation exercise and a chance to try drumming.

11.00 - 14.00
Individual Treatments start with 2 treatments per person.

A healthy buffet lunch will also be available to graze over whilst waiting for your next treatment.
