At Grue Demoiselle we offer you comfortable and safe surroundings where you can retreat from the world and gather your thoughts, process and remember who you are.

We can pick you up from the airport (small fee) and enjoy the lovely 35 min drive where you take in the quaint French villages and the rolling countryside before arriving at our welcoming centre where a cup of hot tea or delicious coffee and homemade cake awaits. So you can sit back and nothing to do once you are on the plane.....

We freshly prepare and cook delicious food for you, most diets are catered for and we send you a small questionnaire before you arrive to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.We also have a lovely relaxing healing room where we offer therapies, including the Bowen Therapy technique or a Reiki session.

A daily guided meditation is also available although not compulsory…..you choose, its your journey.

The local countryside offers gentle walks if you want to stretch your legs or you can repose on the window seat in the lounge and read a book. There is no television and no telephones but there is a discreet laptop and internet connection if you really must contact the outside world.

Coming to Grue Demoiselle for a retreat will make you feel like you are part of a family for a few days; the atmosphere is very homely and comfortable.
