Due to inexplicable popular demand I am offering a very small limited residential cookery workshop, this is going to be limited to a maximum of four people especially chosen to share in the secret delights and recipes of Grue Demoiselle.
We will be cooking a few favourites such as vegetable wraps, guacamole sauce, cranberry and nut roast, vegetarian Shepherds pie, glazed vegetables, maple and walnut tart, seasonal fruit fool, chestnut soup and tomato soup.
A Grue Demoiselle recipe book and apron are included as part of this course.
Partners are welcome to stay for this break but will not be able to attend the cooking and must be prepared join in the tasting!
Partners Full board accommodation for 2 nights is 128 euros.
